The complex is in a quiet area full of trees and is only 30 m from the main road and 150 m from the famous Agios Gordis Beach.
The complex is build on an 800 sq.m land and has the following rooms which are rented in the summer with established clientele and travel offices.
The building together with the reception room is build on 400 sq m and there are another 300 sq.m available for expansion.
