The building is situated in Agios Gordis on the Western side of Corfu facing Italy and it is only 14 kms from the center of Corfu.
The complex is in a quiet area full of trees and is only 30 m from the main road and 150 m from the famous Agios Gordis Beach.
The complex is build on an 800 sq.m land and has the following rooms which are for rent in the summer.
In the yard there is a well for water needs and it is also connected to the municipal water supply.
There is a diesel boiler for hot water and there is Air-condition on rooms plus TV, satellite TV and they are fully furnished
